Moment 1
The first three breaths of the day
As soon as you wake up, even before you grab your phone: three conscious breaths.
On the third breath ask yourself: "How do I want to be present today?" One word is enough.
Not everything has to happen in sessions, retreats or big decisions. These micro-exercises shift you a few millimeters daily toward more awareness and coherence.
Moment 1
As soon as you wake up, even before you grab your phone: three conscious breaths.
On the third breath ask yourself: "How do I want to be present today?" One word is enough.
Moment 2
Between two activities (calling → email, working → cooking, etc.) you stand still for one minute.
Ask yourself: "What do I leave behind?" and "What do I take with me?" This way you turn chaos into a series of clear fields.
Moment 3
Choose one moment each day when you explicitly decide: "This I do" or "This I don't do" – purely on feeling.
Briefly note what you chose and why it felt right. This way you daily train your sense for V-Force in small things, so it's there when it gets big.
Moment 4
At the end of the day you write one sentence: "Today I lived most when…"
This way you capture the field in a clear moment. That builds recognition for what truly fits.
This micro-practice costs almost no time, but slowly shifts you from surviving to observing – and that's exactly where your fieldwork begins.
