Step 1

From wish to core

Write at the top of a page what you think you want. For example: "I want more peace" or "I want a different job".

Then ask yourself three times: "Why?" Each time you go a layer deeper.

Stop only when you arrive at a formulation that feels more like a state of being than a concrete goal, for example: "I want to move at my own pace" or "I want to fully use my talent".

Step 2

The field sentence

5 minutes

Turn your core into one short sentence in present tense. No explanation, no condition. Only direction + state.

Examples:

  • "I move at a pace that is right for me."
  • "I meet people who strengthen my vibration."
  • "Let what is right now become visible."

Read the sentence aloud and feel: does this really resonate? If not, adjust until your body says "yes".

Step 3

Planting intention

5 minutes

Sit down, breathe calmly (for example with the 4–4 breath from the other exercise) and bring your attention to your chest or belly.

Speak your field sentence once softly on an inhale. On the exhale, let go of all control.

After that it's done. Don't repeat, don't push, don't visualize until you collapse. You've sent a signal into the field. The rest is V-Force.

In the following days, watch for synchronicity and small shifts. Not to look for proof, but to learn to recognize the conversation with the field.
