Ritual 1

Beginning: the first minute

1 minute

Before you start something (work block, conversation, writing), close your eyes for 30 seconds and breathe in and out calmly twice.

Ask one question to the field: "What is really important here today?" Wait a few seconds, without forcing an answer. Only then begin.

Ritual 2

Closing: the last two sentences

2 minutes

At the end of a task or conversation, write two sentences:

  • "This I take with me…"
  • "This I leave here…"

Short is enough. You mark in the field what may continue and what may stop.

Ritual 3

Letting go: the mini fire

5 minutes

Write down something you want to let go of (thought, worry, project that no longer fits). One sentence is enough.

Burn it safely in a dish or ritually tear it into small pieces and throw it away. As you do this, say: "I give this back to the field."

Ritual 4

Choosing: the three-step

5 minutes

When making a choice, write down three things:

  1. What does my head say?
  2. What does my body say?
  3. What does my field sense say (intuition/space)?

You don't choose directly. You first acknowledge all three voices. Sometimes the choice already becomes clear in this writing.

Rituals work because they help structure the field. The smaller and more consistent, the bigger the effect.
